Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 19, 2026

Welcome to the PMD Notary Services website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PMD Notary Services website and the information and services described on it.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. About PMD Notary Services

PMD Notary Services provides mobile notary and related document services in California. Information provided on this website is intended to help visitors learn about our services and contact us regarding potential appointments.

Use of this website does not, by itself, create a client relationship or guarantee the availability or completion of any notarial service.

2. Notary Services

Notarial services are performed in accordance with applicable California law.

A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, select legal documents for you, prepare legal documents unless otherwise authorized by law, or advise you regarding the legal effect of a document.

Customers are responsible for providing documents that are complete and ready for notarization, except for information that must be completed during the notarization process.

Completion of a notarization is subject to applicable legal requirements. PMD Notary Services may be unable to perform a requested notarization when legal requirements are not satisfied, including requirements relating to identification, the signer’s personal appearance, willingness, awareness, or other circumstances required by law.

3. Appointments and Availability

Information on this website regarding hours, service areas, availability, travel, or services does not guarantee an appointment.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by PMD Notary Services.

Travel availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, traffic, distance, facility requirements, and other circumstances.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees may vary depending on the services requested, number and type of notarizations, travel distance, location, time, and other applicable factors.

Any quote provided before an appointment is based on the information supplied at the time of the quote. If the requested services or circumstances change, the final amount may also change.

Notarial fees will comply with applicable California law.

Any travel, convenience, courier, or other non-notarial fees, when applicable, are separate from fees charged for notarial acts.

5. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, estate-planning, immigration, or other professional advice.

Visitors should consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding questions concerning their documents, transactions, or legal rights.
